Immigrant Film Company (immigrantfilm.org) seeks two Latino actors for 30-second spot, shoots July 13-15 in the Bay area.
Latino child, female or male, who is/looks 4 or 5 years old, can convey deep emotion and tears, and speak some very brief simple words in Spanish. Also seeking a Latina to play the mother, 25 to 35.
Includes night shoots, meetings prior and possible shoots after. Subject: children separated from parents at Mexico border. Our team is led by Oscar-winner Bruce Joel Rubin (more info on website). In discussion with national nonprofits, hope to give the spot a national audience, if it works out. It may not. This is a labor of love. We are donating our time, and seeking same.
